What is C++ and Java and what is the difference between the two? Which on is harder?

Are there any online guides for either?

What is C++ and Java and what is the difference between the two? Which on is harder?
C++ is a programming language, what somthing like IE would be made of.

Java is a web page language, it's what makes all the cool graphics show on the web page, to use Jave, you need to know HTML.

If you want e-books on these, E-mail me with yyour e-mail address, and I'll send the ones you want!
Reply:I took a computer class a year ago, and i can tell you, uour better off doing C+++ than javaScript. c+++ is more simple (HTML).
Reply:These are both programming languages. C++ is a very fast language when made into a program and many software applications like games and such are made with it. Java is a language that compiles into bytecode meaning it can run cross platform easily. This means you dont have to recompile(re make) the program for each operating system like windows or linux or mac if you want it on these platforms. It is usually made into server software and occasionally web games as it can be embedded into a browser ie www.runescape.com. Both are quite difficult languages but they are somewhat similar. If you want to learn programming I recommend starting with pascal or delphi.

These are very easy languages to comprehend and help you learn harder level languages like c++ and java. You can find many guides for these languages.

A great tutorial for C++ is http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/

Here is one for Java

I hope this helps you!
Reply:Most languages now are very similar in regard to syntax. If you are looking for an easy language to learn how to code I would suggest Visual Basic. Java and C++ are both object oriented programming languages. Java "Virtual Machine" is in regard to the fact that Java can run on any system through emulation. Java can be embedded in websites. C++ is a stronger language in regard to calculations and is behind many modern video games. I would say they are about the same difficulty to learn and code in. Oh, and C# is microsofts version of Java and mixes the best of both worlds.
Reply:I personally believe that Java is dying.

php, JavaScript, CSS and SQL languages are taking over.

Mostly because of the Web 2.0 things launching.

And no, Java and JavaScript is not the same.

JavaScript is a - script, while Java is a language.

C++ is a "newer" part of C.

I suggest you learning C before attempting C++/C#

Has everything you need.
Reply:well sailor moon i don't know what's C++ is but JAVA is a software for the computer
